- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Never answers the phone rang from 4.00pm till 5 regarding a serious question but no answer.. even though it says on Google that it doesn't shut untill 6.30pm.. Also went a few weeks ago for them to send a form off to the hosptial to get an appointment at royal glamorgan. When I rang the hosptial today query where my appointment letter was they said they have not received the papers needed.. and for me to ring to ask them to fax the papers over urgently, but again no luck getting an answer!!!
